What is chemical peel?
A chemical peel uses a carefully chosen acid solution applied to the skin surface. This dissolves the bonds between dead and damaged skin cells, prompting them to shed and be replaced by new, healthier cells. The type and strength of peel depends on your skin concern and type.

What to expect
After cleansing, we apply the peel solution and leave it for a set time depending on the peel type. You might feel a mild tingling or warmth. We then neutralise and remove the solution, apply calming products, and finish with SPF. The whole process takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Aftercare
Your skin will be sensitive for a few days after a peel. Avoid direct sun exposure, use SPF 30 or higher, don't pick or scratch any peeling skin, and use gentle, fragrance-free products. We'll give you full aftercare instructions.

Will my skin peel visibly?+
With lighter peels, you might see mild flaking for a day or two. Stronger peels can cause more noticeable peeling for 3 to 5 days. We always explain what to expect beforehand.
How many sessions do I need?+
For mild concerns, 1 to 3 sessions may be enough. For deeper scarring or pigmentation, a course of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart often gives the best results.
Can I have a chemical peel if I have sensitive skin?+
Yes, but we'd choose a milder formulation. We always do a patch test and skin assessment first.
